"So incredibly happy with this mask. I love the clarifying clay mask! You can literally see a difference after just the first time using the mask. It’s not a “use for a few weeks and it starts to get better kind of product” you get results after rinsing! My face feels firm, clean, cool and I love that my pores are smaller. I finally have switched all of my facial care to strictly Tatcha and absolutely love it."

"Does not do anything for me. I have combination skin and I followed the instructions and it didn’t do anything. Upon applying it on my skin it was very oily. It wouldn’t dry nor do what it says. Every time I washed it off my skin was left too oily. The next day it would make me breakout. Tried it a few times, same results. I love Tatcha products, so far all of them have worked amazing, except this one. Returning it unfortunately."

- Hello! You will need to massage a thin layer of the mask over the skin avoiding the eye area. After massaging it into the skin, you will notice it warms up and turns color slightly. We hope this helps.

- Hello! We would recommend using this on days you do not use your chemical exfoliator. This will ensure your skin stays calm and soothed.
- Why didn't my mask turn red?
- The mask will turn into a soft red/pink once it is applied to your skin.
- I know we use this after we cleanse, but Do I use this before my Essence or after?
- Thanks for your question! You can apply The Essence before your mask. After rinsing the mask off, reapply the Essence before your serum and moisturizer also. We hope this helps.
